Using JOBLAAN

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

Job seekers

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and applications. JOBLAAN is never a party to employment contracts between you and an employer.

Legitimate employers do not charge candidates fees to apply or to be hired. Report any listing that asks for payment.

Employers

Job listings must describe real vacancies, comply with applicable law and must not discriminate unlawfully. You may only use candidate data to assess applications to your vacancies.

Verification badges are granted at JOBLAAN’s discretion after review and may be withdrawn.

Payments

Paid plans and featured placements are billed as described at checkout. Prices are set by JOBLAAN and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Moderation

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms, appear fraudulent or put users at risk.

Liability

JOBLAAN is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring decisions or for content posted by users.
